This Shipping & Returns Guide applies to products purchased directly from FarinParts through our website, quotations, invoices, or authorized sales representatives.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed and all necessary product information has been verified.

Before shipping, FarinParts may ask the customer to confirm:

  • Product or replacement part number;
  • Machine manufacturer and model;
  • Machine serial number;
  • Hydraulic component nameplate;
  • Manufacturer code;
  • Photos of the original component;
  • Shipping address and postal code; and
  • Recipientโ€™s name and telephone number.

Providing complete information helps reduce the risk of ordering an incorrect or incompatible part.

Processing Times

Estimated processing times are:

  • In-stock products: Normally 1โ€“3 business days;
  • Products requiring final inspection or testing: According to the confirmed quotation;
  • Rebuilt or remanufactured products: According to the stated production schedule;
  • Special-order or customized products: According to the lead time confirmed before payment.

Processing times may be extended during public holidays, periods of high demand, or when additional product verification is required.

2. Shipping Methods

FarinParts ships hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, control valves, cylinders, seal kits, repair kits, and related components to customers worldwide.

Available shipping methods may include:

  • DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other international express couriers;
  • Air freight;
  • Sea freight;
  • Truck freight; or
  • Another logistics service agreed upon with the customer.

The available shipping method depends on the productโ€™s weight, dimensions, destination, urgency, and local import requirements.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Typical transit times after dispatch are:

  • International express: Approximately 3โ€“10 business days;
  • Air freight: Approximately 7โ€“15 business days;
  • Sea freight: Approximately 20โ€“45 business days.

These are estimates only and do not include order processing time.

Delivery may be delayed by:

  • Customs inspections or clearance;
  • Import documentation requirements;
  • Duties or taxes awaiting payment;
  • Incorrect or incomplete recipient information;
  • Remote delivery locations;
  • Carrier service interruptions;
  • Severe weather;
  • Public holidays; or
  • Events beyond FarinPartsโ€™ reasonable control.

FarinParts does not guarantee an exact delivery date unless it is expressly confirmed in writing.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated according to:

  • Destination country and postal code;
  • Package weight and dimensions;
  • Product type;
  • Selected shipping method;
  • Insurance requirements; and
  • Applicable remote-area or oversized-package fees.

The shipping cost shown in a quotation or invoice applies only to the confirmed shipping address and order details. Changes to the address, quantity, packaging, or shipping method may result in additional charges.

5. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, clearance fees, or other government charges.

Unless the quotation or invoice specifically states that duties and taxes are included, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Confirming local import requirements;
  • Providing any required tax or importer identification number;
  • Cooperating with the carrier or customs authorities;
  • Paying applicable import duties, taxes, and clearance fees; and
  • Obtaining any necessary import permit or approval.

FarinParts is not responsible for delays, storage charges, return charges, confiscation, or abandonment caused by a customerโ€™s failure to complete customs clearance.

6. Tracking Information

When tracking is available, FarinParts will provide the tracking number or shipping documents after the order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may take 24โ€“48 hours to appear in the carrierโ€™s system.

For freight shipments, FarinParts may provide an air waybill, bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list, or other available shipping documents.

7. Shipping Address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including:

  • Recipientโ€™s full name;
  • Company name, if applicable;
  • Street address;
  • City and state or province;
  • Postal code;
  • Country;
  • Telephone number; and
  • Email address.

FarinParts is not responsible for delivery failures or additional costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address supplied by the customer.

If an address correction or redelivery fee is charged by the carrier, the customer may be required to pay that fee.

8. Receiving and Inspecting a Shipment

Customers should inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery.

Before signing for a visibly damaged package, the customer should:

  1. Photograph the exterior packaging;
  2. Record visible damage on the carrierโ€™s delivery receipt;
  3. Photograph the product and internal packaging;
  4. Keep all packaging materials; and
  5. Contact FarinParts as soon as possible.

Missing items, incorrect products, or visible shipping damage should be reported within seven calendar days after delivery.

Reports should include:

  • Order or invoice number;
  • Tracking number;
  • Photos of the package;
  • Photos of the shipping label;
  • Photos or videos of the product;
  • A description of the damage or discrepancy; and
  • A copy of the carrierโ€™s delivery receipt, when available.

Failure to retain the original packaging or provide sufficient evidence may affect the ability to submit a claim to the carrier.

9. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If tracking shows no movement or a shipment appears to be lost, customers should contact FarinParts so that an investigation can be opened with the carrier.

Carrier investigations may require several business days or longer. FarinParts cannot issue a replacement or refund for a suspected lost shipment until the carrier has completed its investigation or officially confirmed the loss.

FarinParts is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

10. Return Request Period

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery.

A return request does not automatically mean that the return has been approved. Customers must obtain written return authorization from FarinParts before sending any product back.

Products returned without prior authorization may be refused, held at the customerโ€™s expense, or returned to the customer.

11. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a standard return, the product must generally be:

  • Unused and uninstalled;
  • In resalable condition;
  • Free from oil, grease, dirt, scratches, and installation marks;
  • Complete with all accessories and components;
  • In its original packaging;
  • Accompanied by the original labels, identification plates, and documentation; and
  • Returned within the approved return period.

FarinParts reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving a refund or replacement.

12. Non-Returnable Products

Unless a product is confirmed to be defective or covered by an applicable written warranty, the following products are generally not returnable:

  • Installed, used, tested, or disassembled products;
  • Products with damaged or removed identification plates;
  • Customized or specially manufactured products;
  • Special-order products sourced specifically for the customer;
  • Rebuilt or remanufactured products prepared for a specific order;
  • Modified or programmed components;
  • Electrical or electronic components after installation or connection;
  • Opened seal kits, gasket kits, O-ring kits, or repair kits;
  • Products contaminated by oil, dirt, metal particles, water, or other materials;
  • Products damaged by improper handling, storage, or installation;
  • Clearance or final-sale products identified as non-returnable; and
  • Products returned after the approved return period.

13. Incorrect Product Ordered by the Customer

Customers are responsible for verifying the part number, machine information, specifications, and product compatibility before placing an order.

If a customer orders the wrong product or provides incorrect machine information:

  • The return must be approved by FarinParts;
  • The product must remain unused and uninstalled;
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs;
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable;
  • Customs duties, taxes, and clearance charges are not refundable; and
  • A reasonable inspection or restocking fee may apply.

Any applicable restocking fee will be communicated before the return is authorized.

Machine model information alone does not guarantee compatibility. The same machine model may use different pumps, motors, valves, regulators, shafts, ports, or control configurations.

14. Incorrect Product Shipped by FarinParts

If FarinParts ships a product that does not match the confirmed order, customers must contact us before installing or using it.

After verification, FarinParts may:

  • Arrange a replacement;
  • Provide return instructions;
  • Cover reasonable authorized return shipping costs; or
  • Issue an eligible refund.

The customer must keep the product unused and in its original condition while the claim is being reviewed.

FarinParts is not responsible for labor or equipment damage if the customer installs a product that is visibly different from the ordered or original component.

15. Defective Products

If a product appears defective, customers must stop using it and contact FarinParts promptly.

The customer should provide:

  • Order or invoice number;
  • Product and part number;
  • Machine model and serial number;
  • Installation date;
  • Operating hours;
  • Photos and videos;
  • Diagnostic test results;
  • Installation records;
  • Hydraulic oil and filter information; and
  • A detailed description of the problem.

A defective-product claim will be evaluated under the applicable FarinParts Warranty Policy or manufacturerโ€™s warranty.

Products must not be disassembled, repaired, modified, or returned without written authorization unless required to prevent an immediate safety risk.

16. Return Shipping

Unless the return results from a verified FarinParts shipping error or confirmed covered defect, the customer is responsible for:

  • Return shipping charges;
  • Export and import documentation;
  • Customs duties and taxes;
  • Insurance;
  • Brokerage or clearance fees; and
  • Any damage or loss occurring during return transportation.

Return shipments should use a trackable and insured service. FarinParts is not responsible for returned products lost or damaged before they reach the authorized return address.

The return address will be provided after the return request is approved. Customers must not return products to the address shown on the original package without confirmation.

17. Refunds

After an authorized return is received, FarinParts will inspect the product.

If the return is approved, the refund will normally be processed within 5โ€“10 business days after inspection.

Refunds will generally be issued through the original payment method or another method agreed upon by both parties.

Unless the return results from a verified FarinParts error or confirmed covered defect, refunds do not include:

  • Original shipping charges;
  • Return shipping charges;
  • Customs duties or taxes;
  • Brokerage or clearance fees;
  • Bank charges;
  • Payment-processing fees; or
  • Currency exchange differences.

If a returned product is incomplete, used, damaged, contaminated, or no longer resalable, FarinParts may reduce or deny the refund.

The customerโ€™s bank, credit card provider, PayPal, or payment processor may require additional time to credit the funds.

18. Exchanges

Approved exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the replacement product has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference and any additional shipping costs before dispatch.

If the replacement product has a lower price, the eligible difference may be refunded after the returned product has passed inspection.

19. Order Cancellation

Customers should contact FarinParts immediately if they need to cancel an order.

An order may be cancelled without shipping charges if it has not been dispatched, purchased from a supplier, rebuilt, customized, or placed into production.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be handled under the applicable return terms.

Special-order, customized, rebuilt, or remanufactured products may not be cancellable after production or sourcing has begun.

20. Risk of Loss

Responsibility for loss or damage during transportation will be determined according to the shipping terms or Incoterm stated in the applicable quotation or invoice.

If no specific Incoterm is stated, FarinParts will assist with reasonable carrier claims, but responsibility may depend on the selected shipping method, insurance coverage, and applicable carrier terms.

21. Warranty Claims

Returns and warranty claims are different processes.

A product that is outside the standard 30-day return period may still qualify for warranty review if it is covered by a specific written FarinParts warranty or manufacturerโ€™s warranty.

Warranty coverage, exclusions, remedies, and claim requirements are governed by the applicable FarinParts Warranty Policy.
