Effective Date: August 5, 2026

This Warranty Policy applies to products purchased directly from FarinParts through its website, sales representatives, quotations, invoices, or other authorized sales channels.

By purchasing or using any product supplied by FarinParts, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Warranty Policy.

1. General Warranty Disclaimer

This website, promotional programs, product information, goods, parts, and services are provided on an โ€œas isโ€ and โ€œas availableโ€ basis, except where FarinParts expressly provides a specific written warranty.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FarinParts disclaims all other express, implied, and statutory warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of title;
  • Merchantability;
  • Fitness for a particular purpose;
  • Non-infringement;
  • Product compatibility; and
  • Any warranty arising from a course of dealing, usage, or trade practice.

Some products may be covered by a manufacturerโ€™s warranty. Any such warranty is provided solely by the applicable manufacturer and is subject to the manufacturerโ€™s warranty terms and claim procedures.

2. No Oral Warranties

FarinParts does not provide warranties based on oral statements, telephone conversations, informal messages, or verbal promises.

Any additional or special warranty must be stated in writing and signed or otherwise formally approved by an authorized FarinParts representative.

Customers must not rely on oral assurances that are inconsistent with this Warranty Policy, the applicable quotation, invoice, product listing, or written warranty terms.

3. Limited Rebuild Kit Warranty

FarinParts provides a limited one-year warranty for certain rebuild kits purchased directly from FarinParts. Unless otherwise stated in writing, the warranty period begins on the invoice date.

This limited warranty covers confirmed defects in the supplied rebuild kit. The customerโ€™s sole remedy under this warranty is replacement of the eligible rebuild kit or affected components, as determined by FarinParts.

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Labor or installation charges;
  • Removal or reinstallation costs;
  • Diagnostic or inspection fees;
  • Progressive or secondary damage;
  • Damage to pumps, motors, valves, engines, transmissions, or other equipment;
  • Hydraulic oil, filters, cleaning materials, or workshop supplies;
  • Towing or transportation costs;
  • Equipment rental;
  • Machine or vehicle downtime;
  • Lost revenue, profits, contracts, or business opportunities; or
  • Incidental, indirect, special, or consequential losses.

FarinParts may request that a used, damaged, or allegedly defective rebuild kit be returned for inspection and internal quality-control purposes. When appropriate, FarinParts may provide a prepaid return label.

Unless otherwise required in writing for a specific claim, returning the kit is not automatically required to establish warranty eligibility. However, the customer must provide sufficient documentation for FarinParts to evaluate the claim.

This limited warranty is issued by FarinParts independently and is not an OEM, equipment-manufacturer, supplier, or third-party warranty.

4. Product Warranty and Defective Product Remedies

Goods and parts supplied by FarinParts may be covered by a specific written FarinParts warranty or by the original manufacturerโ€™s warranty.

Except for a warranty expressly stated in writing, FarinParts provides no additional express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

If a product supplied by FarinParts is confirmed to be defective and covered by an applicable warranty, the customerโ€™s exclusive remedy will be, at FarinPartsโ€™ sole discretion:

  1. Replacement of the defective product or component; or
  2. A refund of the eligible product purchase price.

Refunds or replacements do not include shipping, customs duties, taxes, labor, installation, diagnostic, or other related costs unless FarinParts expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

5. Warranty Exclusions

A warranty claim may be denied if the failure or damage results from:

  • Incorrect product selection or part-number verification;
  • Use in an incompatible machine, system, or application;
  • Improper installation, removal, adjustment, or commissioning;
  • Installation by an unqualified person;
  • Misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, or unauthorized modification;
  • Failure to follow manufacturer specifications or installation procedures;
  • Contaminated hydraulic oil or an inadequately cleaned hydraulic system;
  • Failure to flush hydraulic lines, tanks, coolers, valves, or related components when necessary;
  • Failure to replace contaminated oil, filters, seals, hoses, or related components;
  • Metal particles, debris, water, air, or other contamination entering the hydraulic system;
  • Incorrect oil type, viscosity, pressure, flow, temperature, or operating settings;
  • Operation under excessive loads, pressure, heat, or speed;
  • Dry starting, insufficient priming, cavitation, or lack of lubrication;
  • Defective, damaged, or contaminated related components not supplied by FarinParts;
  • Normal wear and tear, corrosion, or deterioration;
  • Improper storage, handling, or transportation after delivery;
  • Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or alteration; or
  • Continued operation after a fault, leak, abnormal sound, overheating condition, or other warning sign becomes apparent.

6. Product and Fitment Verification

Customers are responsible for confirming that the ordered product is suitable for the intended machine and application before installation.

Before placing an order, customers should provide all available identification information, including:

  • Part number;
  • Machine manufacturer and model;
  • Machine serial number;
  • Hydraulic pump, motor, or valve nameplate;
  • Manufacturer code;
  • Photos of the original component;
  • Connection and port details; and
  • Any other information requested by FarinParts.

Machine model information alone may not be sufficient because the same machine model can use different components, configurations, control systems, shafts, ports, regulators, or mounting arrangements.

FarinParts is not responsible for losses caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect information supplied by the customer.

7. Installation Responsibility

Products supplied by FarinParts must be installed, inspected, tested, and commissioned by a qualified technician familiar with the relevant machine and hydraulic system.

Before installation or use, the customer and installer must:

  • Confirm that the part number and specifications are correct;
  • Compare the replacement product with the original component;
  • Inspect all ports, shafts, splines, mounting surfaces, regulators, solenoids, and connectors;
  • Clean and flush the hydraulic system when required;
  • Replace contaminated hydraulic oil and filters;
  • Prime the pump or component according to the manufacturerโ€™s instructions;
  • Follow the required torque, pressure, flow, and adjustment specifications; and
  • Read and follow all technical data sheets, safety data sheets, installation instructions, and manufacturer safety guidelines.

FarinParts assumes no liability for damage caused by incorrect installation, insufficient system cleaning, improper adjustment, incorrect product selection, or failure to follow the applicable technical procedures.

8. Warranty Claim Requirements

Customers must notify FarinParts promptly after discovering a suspected defect and must stop operating the affected equipment if continued use could cause further damage.

A warranty claim should include:

  • Order or invoice number;
  • Product name and part number;
  • Machine model and serial number;
  • Installation date;
  • Operating hours since installation;
  • A detailed description of the problem;
  • Clear photos and videos;
  • Installation and maintenance records;
  • Hydraulic oil and filter replacement information;
  • Pressure, flow, temperature, or diagnostic test results, when applicable; and
  • Any additional evidence reasonably requested by FarinParts.

Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee approval. FarinParts will evaluate the available evidence and determine whether the product is eligible for warranty coverage.

Products must not be returned without prior written authorization from FarinParts. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the customer at the customerโ€™s expense.

9. Website and Product Information

FarinParts makes reasonable efforts to provide useful and current website content. However, FarinParts does not guarantee that website information, promotional materials, product descriptions, specifications, images, availability, or compatibility information is always accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Product descriptions and technical information may be provided by manufacturers or suppliers or compiled from available reference materials. Product images may be for reference only.

Customers must verify the part number, dimensions, specifications, and application before ordering and installation.

FarinParts does not guarantee that the website will operate continuously, securely, or without errors, delays, interruptions, or technical problems.

10. External Websites

Links to external websites are provided for convenience and informational purposes only.

FarinParts does not control, endorse, or guarantee the content, products, services, security, accuracy, or privacy practices of external websites.

Customers are responsible for independently evaluating any external website and any transaction, communication, or interaction conducted through it.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FarinParts and its employees, directors, officers, members, representatives, agents, suppliers, and vendors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from:

  • The use or inability to use this website;
  • Participation in a promotional program;
  • The purchase, installation, or use of any product;
  • Product failure or equipment downtime;
  • Incorrect installation or application;
  • Loss of data, revenue, profits, contracts, production, or business opportunities; or
  • Any related goods or services.

This limitation applies regardless of whether a claim is based on contract, warranty, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if FarinParts has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

If any limitation contained in this Warranty Policy is found invalid or unenforceable, FarinPartsโ€™ total aggregate liability shall not exceed US$100, except where a specific written warranty expressly requires an eligible product replacement or refund, or where applicable law does not permit such a limitation.

Nothing in this Warranty Policy excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Customerโ€™s Remedy Regarding Website Use

If a customer is dissatisfied with the FarinParts website, promotional programs, or website content, the customerโ€™s sole remedy is to stop using the website or participating in the applicable promotional program.

Use of the website and reliance on its general content are at the userโ€™s own risk.

13. Severability

If any provision of this Warranty Policy is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.

All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Policy Updates

FarinParts reserves the right to revise this Warranty Policy at any time.

The version in effect on the applicable order or invoice date will generally apply to that purchase unless otherwise required by law or agreed to in writing.
